I asked for a photo of the arrangement and it was beautiful! I wish more companies would actually photograph the item and send it to the buyer, as often we are ordering for events we cannot attend and we have no idea what it actually looks like and what we're paying for. I unfortunately forgot to put a specific time for delivery on day I chose to send and prefferd a AM delivery instead of a PM so delivery was when convenient for driver . I had never used this florist before. I had placed my order online and the next morning I received a call from Brenda. She just had a couple of questions for me. She assured me that they would put together "something nice" and it would be promptly delievered. When I arrived at the funeral home I could not believe what a fabulous job they had done. Unknown to them was the fact that April 3rd my own mom had passed away and she loved butterflies. It immediately brought tears to my eyes as the "something nice" was a little butterfly tucked into the arrangement! I felt like mom was there with us at that very moment.
