I met the brothers when I was growing up and always used Filers for their consistent, super arrangements and service. Plus, they're good guys - always nice to support nice people! I'm now living in New Zealand and still call them on occasion to place an order in the USA. Just ordered some roses for my mom's birthday and know they'll be special for her.

I live 1hr south of Cleveland, but have many friends & family in the Cleveland area. My sister, who lives in Atlanta first recommended Filers, stating that the staff was very professional and she was always told the arrangements were PACKED full of flowers by their recipients. I can confirm that this is certainly the case. I was treated very well on the phone and made to feel as if my order would be crafted with love and care. And they were! I saw one of the arrangements at calling hours for our friend - it was exquisite! I feel as if Filers gives their customers "more bang for the buck"! :)
