I'm in Florida and needed a local florist in NC to deliver same day a plant to Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center. Lynn, Debbie Rose and Yvette Mays took care of me in the most impressive way. They were so helpful over the phone, texted me pictures with choices and final look before delivering. Called me from the hospital letting me know plant was delivered as I requested. I sent them a picture of the arrangement that I needed. Some of the flowers were out of season, so they made substitutes. I was able to see the arrangement via Zoom call after the flowers had been delivered, and they were even more beautiful than the picture that I had sent. Will definitely use them again.

I am in NYState & had an arrangement sent to my wife who is visiting my sister in Charlotte, NC. They both loved the arrangement. They were very surprised & delighted. Don't worry if substitutions are needed in the bouquet. You can trust the florist's judgement! The resulting arrangement was nicer than the picture on the website. I will surely use L&D's services again & encourage others to do so. Also, being able to order on a Saturday & have them delivered on a Sunday was a huge plus.
