    I ALWAYS use Garden of Eden in Venice. They NEVER disappoint and this Mothers Day was AMAZING. I always just call over the phone and ask them to just make my stepmom a pretty arrangement, and every time it is just beautiful as she always sends me a picture. I want to thank them for this last arrangement on Mother's Day...it was STUNNING and my stepmom said the fragrance just filled her living room.     My favorite flower is the Stargazer Lily, and my husband bought me 4 for my Birthday! Garden of Eden picked out the best possible Lilies for me, ones full of unopened blooms so that they would be blooming for days to come!! Their fragrance is spectacular and their appearance, with the greens and Baby's Breath was stunning.     I got a beautiful vase of fresh cut flowers on Friday afternoon by, Saturday they started drooping, Sunday morning Mother's Day the daisy petals were falling off, the miniature roses 3 stems were dead & carnations were turning brown.     Flowers were not what was pictured except for the Gerber daisies. I have spoken with the owner who said stock was extremely limited because it was a week after Mother’s Day. Wish I would have known they couldn’t do the arrangement selected. I was disappointed since the arrangement was stuck in the clear glass vase with little arranging necessary. I was told they didn’t skimp on the price and used the same price of flowers. Just make sure when ordering that they have all supplies needed to make item you selected.

Although the arrangements look pretty, some greenery and flowers can shorten the lifespan of the more delicate flowers. I never knew this. Call Pat!! She will design a beautiful long lasting arrangement! I was very please with the customer service. I highly recommend them. But definitely call, don't pick out an arrangement online.

    I have always received beautiful bouquets from you. I had one concern. On August 9 you delivered a huge bouquet of one dozen (expensive) long stemmed roses to my house. I was not home, and they were left on the front porch. Fortunately, I soon came home. There was no phone call, text or email to let me know that they had been delivered. It was a very hot day. No one called back to see if I had received them. It seemed negligent that an expensive bouquet was left without your knowing if I was in town to receive them. There should be some sort of notification system if the recipient is not home.

I made the mistake a couple of years ago and ordered through FDP which used another florist who did not even deliver the flowers to herhome besides them not looking nice.
