Absolutely phenomenal customer service! I had a very last-minute request, and it turned out the day I hoped for delivery was a day the business was closed. The gentleman went ahead and delivered it personally at the end of the business day in question, so my mom would have her gift in time for her birthday. I live out of state & wanted to surprise a dear friend before a theatre performance. The kind lady discussed delivery possibilities & made great suggestions on the arrangement. When I asked if she’d mind sending me a picture via text, she didn’t hesitate. And it was beautiful. When they realized the theatre delivery wasn’t going to happen as planned, they called me back. I ended up having my friend stop by their shop to pick it up. Since I had already paid for delivery, she offered to add more flowers. My friend was so surprised & also commented on how nice everyone was. So grateful!

I had previously left a low review only based on the fact that they were delivered early. These were fir my mother's birthday, which is today. I received a prompt response from the company offering a refund or I was offered to have flowers delivered again at no cost. I never responded because of hectic schedule. Just a few moments ago a new batch of beautiful flowers were delivered with a heart felt message from the delivery driver. He apologized and wished my mother a happy birthday. Thank you for being stand up. I will be a returning customer

Not only has Jansen's created several masterful bouquet's for my wife - of their own design, knowing only her favorite flowers and colors - but this year they went way above and beyond. Knowing we'd be snowed in for Valentine's day, they delivered before the storm arrived. Don't know how it gets any better. I'll always rely on Jansen's.

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my bf on New Year's Eve because I would be participating in a silent meditation retreat. Turns out the flowers I ordered weren't available (disappointing, but understandable). Folks at Jansen called and emailed to ask me how to proceed, but I didn't get their messages because I was "unplugged" for the retreat. They went ahead and sent a replacement bouquet, and I'm happy they did. My bf particularly liked the vase, which was made to look like tree bark. Nice masculine touch! The flowers were, of course, gorgeous and beautifully arranged.
