Amazing customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a special floor at a local hospital. They attempted to deliver the flowers but no flower delivery allowed on that specific floor. This company called me to let me know delivery service could not be completed. I selected another recipient and they were more than accommodating. Frustrating yet they made it all OK. I ordered the blooming flowers basket based on the picture. Instead of the basket pictures I received a white basket with a handle. I was very disappointed as the flowers were for a party and I totally dislike white wicker for flowers. It reminds me of something that you would give a grandmother. Not for a celebration. If I had known you might substitute the basket I wouldn’t have ordered the flowers I did.

I ordered flowers for my mother (for Mother’s Day) and while the arrangement was gorgeous as expected some of the flowers had been damaged in transit. She reached out & you guys resent an equally beautiful arrangement at no extra charge. That level of customer service can always be expected and that’s why I’ll never order flowers from anyone else. I was disappointed that the floral delivery was left on the recipients front porch for Mother’s Day instead of with a neighbor. The recipient was out of town until the next day and the temperature dropped that eve to low 40’s. The orchids were all wilted and didn’t last a day until they fell off. The rest of the arrangement was fine but didn’t last as long Disappointed as Blooms always has spectacular service

I can share with you that we had hundreds of deliveries that weekend and had hired temporary delivery drivers for this special occasion. While I can go on and on, this, unfortunately, doesn't fix what happened to your arrangement.
