    I was in Nashville from NY with my daughter whose 18th birthday had just passed and we'd be here for Valentine's Day. It was more of a girl's trip but with her birthday so fresh and the holiday here, I wanted flowers delivered to the hotel. Other flowers were charging upwards of $150 for really chincy arrangements. I found Bloom and they delivered a beautiful, reasonably & appropriately priced arrangement and it made my daughter's day! I knew enough not to use teleflora so I looked up local florists. The reviews are accurate. They do a wonderful job and they didn't price gouge me. Thank you!

    Yesterday morning I called Bloom just as they opened at 9. I spoke to a very knowledgeable polite young lady regarding what I wanted and where it would be sent. She confirmed that they indeed had the flowers available for that particular arrangement and could deliver it by around noon. Our daughter phoned yesterday evening thanking us for the beautiful flowers and sending along a photo. (It was a spring flower arrangement to celebrate a career-related move.) The flowers were perfect: orange gerbers, yellow and orange tulips, yellow daffodils, purple mums. I will ABSOLUTELY order again!!

    Gi The owner knows how to give exceptional service. Not only was the flower bouquet gorgeous but I asked for a Recovery Basket. My daughter had surgery so I wanted to send a basket of things she liked and could do during her recovery. When I expressed what I wanted she said "I can do that." She ran to Target to pick up the things she didn't have to complete the basket which turned out spectacular. My daughter loved everything! That is what I call great customer service.

    A+ Service. I ordered an arrangement for a friend who's mother had died and left it up to Designer's Choice & asked them to text me a pic which they happily agreed to. The pic, tho’ nice, was more like a Birthday bouquet w/bright red, orange & yellow flowers. I had expected softer colors given the occasion & they immediately wrote back saying she had misread the order & would fix it. They re-did it in cream & pale pink & green colors & was perfect.     I ordered the Florist Choice Mixed Arrangement, online, the same day I asked it to be delivered. I don't live in Nashville and just found Bloom online at random and hoped the arrangement arrived and was nice looking. It was gorgeous! I wish I could submit a photo but there were beautiful peonies, roses, etc and I didn't even get the most expensive version. I was very impressed, as was the friend I sent it to. I received a phone call promptly after placing my order notifying me that the flowers I had chosen were unavailable.     Bloom Flowers surpassed my expectations! I recently ordered flowers for my 25 year wedding anniversary. Since I am out of state, Gina and her staff were so accommodating.     Hi! I live in the Belmont/12th South neighborhood and stopped into your store last week to finally get a look around.
